I use salt. It is that "special" salt I can't have. I use mostly sea salt. I don't use any with iodine.

Looking at the pecan pie, have you ever tried chocolate pecan pie??? My eldest loved it when I would make it. The first year, I made one regular pecan, and one chocolate pecan. She about died and it became her favorite.

I love pecan pie too much to mess with it. We cheated and had store-bought pies.
