Granny's gone and done it again

I was about ready to cull 7 or 8 roosters tonight while feeding. Little rat ********! They are thinking spring is here and giving me a preview. The bachelors are being ridiculous, meanwhile in the main coop, four of the young OEGB cockerels from last summer's hatch are just acting like tards. If I hold my hand out to pet one of them they try to mount my hand. All the while one of the little BBR pullets is standing next to my hand squatting for them but they are ignoring her because my hand looks like a hen to them. Can you say HELLLLOOOOOO! One of the SDW pullets has half the feathers pulled off her neck from the over amorous foursomes attentions. At least they recognize her as a female chicken over my hand.....

I'm sure that when the cold weather returns tomorrow late they will settle down again but in the meantime I'm going to have to make some plans for spring and get my spare coop cleaned out the rest of the way so I can shuffle the bachelors there and get the bantams into a room all their own for awhile..

Meanwhile I was wondering where my tomahawk is.....
Our new hatchet is in the bottom of the river!

Do you get a bad hatch rate H20? It looks like a nice bator to me and the fan helps them alot but you are supposed to turn the fan off when you are opening them.
I guess I could unplug it. I would have a good hatch but I see the early ones trampling the new ones and open it. Then it shrink wraps the external pips
