Yeah. I know none of my Canadians have gotten their cards so it’s not just Usps either - since the Americans have mostly gotten their cards. Can I just say, props to the postal/delivery workers right now?

I think I'm going to do hot chocolate tonight. It's 15 degrees right now and going down to 5. I knocked ice out of the birds water bowls. I'm having electricity issues in the coop right now and kept putting off taking the boxes apart to clean them and see what the problem is.

That'll teach me to procrastinate.

Also gave the birds their Christmas gift, each coop getting a suet block which went over really big, especially in the main coop where everyone was running around with suet caked beaks. I went around like a grandma and wiped everyone's beaks off. They went to bed with crops full of suet and cracked corn to help them keep warm.

Ughhh. I’m feeling so overwhelmed right now. Still full from a late lunch - haven’t even started dinner (which was to be my prime rib!) trying to make braided loaf (time to knead and braid soon then another hour to rise) and make some more blankets for the sil and just...hubs is off in his shop and I’ve had to throw goose in his crate - can’t handle him and sewing and everything else.
