I don’t see anything. I think I need a better flashlight.

Even with a so called candling flashlight, I could not see inside my eggs either. So, my final count won't be for another 24+ hours.

Still have 1.5 hours to go until new years, and some idiot is shooting off guns.

I miss Jane. I bought some seasoning today for roasted veggies Bought tiny potatoes, carrots and asparagus . I dont know how to make asparagus. Do you cut the stem off ?

Just cut the woody white part off.

Yes, you cut the super firm part off the bottom and put some water in the bottom of a pan or baking dish, cover it and bake or steam on the stovetop. Whichever your preference.

I cant roast them w/ the potatoes ?

Yes, you can roast them, but only takes about 10 to 14 minutes, depending on their size around.
