Granny's gone and done it again

Finished all of the 4th quarter and end of the year books/various and multiple tax forms for the Motel. Did State and City sales and bed taxes today. All the Irs stuff I finished yesterday.

Most of the Partnership is done waiting on "forms" from others and then into the Accountant. NOW I have to get my personal stuff done. By Feb 9th or I have to change the "pre-scheduled" appointment time.
Your lucky you are able to do all that on your own. Imagine what it would cost you to pay someone.
 
So id you have been following along you should remember ALL the issues with that Vet Monthly renter trying to get the Housing Authority to pick up part of his rent. Will I called and double checked today. They are going to pay a whopping $46.00 per month of his rent. :mad::rant:rant:rant
better then none I guess.
