Where /how do you get an Amish man? To fix your roof? We have mennonites around here but i never thought about hunting one up to do handyman work for me.

I just pull up to a farm and someone will come out. I tell them what Im looking for and they spread the word. I also know a few that does work for me in the past I can go get. I havent been to their houses in a long time though.

neighbor across from me but we dont normally have anything to do with our neighbors. I did buy some from down the road a bit and I got sick.

not coughing. I was dehydrated. No fever.

We got 16 today! That is the most ever! I think we have 23 hens. Let's see. 10 BA. 5 BL. 8EE. Yeah, that's 23. And 2 roos (everybody is over a year old now, some are 1 yr, some are 2). They're kicking into high gear now!

I have 14 chickens, not including the 2 remaining Serama.
6 are under a year. 8 are older- buff Orp and EE will be 9 this spring (the EE still lays), Ameraucana is 7 (laying), 5 yr EE hasn't laid in over a year, and the rest are turning 4 yrs... Lorp, Wellie, and one Legbar lay. other Legbar I believe has internal laying.
I was impressed with the older girls today!
