Granny's gone and done it again

That makes sense. Do they get it from other bovines?

from what I gather from an aborted calf all they have to do is smell a dead one that's infected. and possible even eat grass that grows up thru the carcuss
AND BOOM they have it as well. The Cows can/will "self-clean" everytime they "cycle" and will eventually get rid of the disease BUT a bull who "plays" with an infected cow is done for NO cure. AND he will spread to to any "clean" cows he happens to "play with"
 
I didn't get to the farm due to the cold weather and then the pups "escaping" the backyard and into the neighbor's , he came over in person to let Angie know as he was concerned they (pups) would be in there when his "horse/dog" was out and "bad things" might happen.

So I "think" the little escape's are once again contained.
 
part of the reason all the rancher's around the Yellowstone park want to shoot all bison leaving the park as the bison herd has it.
Oh, bummer. How big is that herd? Is it transmitted only by direct contact, or is the feeding ground also contaminated?
