Granny's gone and done it again

Hey all, Went to the bank and grocery shopping. I bought lamb breast which looks like a slab of ribs to me and wondering if anyone knows how to fix them? It came with 2 of them and I would like to use one for veggie soup stock. Maybe half of one. @Akrnaf2 ?
It stormed here today. I didnt think I was going to make it to the van because I was hurting so bad. Thats a scary feeling. No where to sit and rest for a min. Robert suggested the bathroom but they were closed.
You can use the front part, with the sternum(the chest bone) for stock( it will be very fat stock!) the "ribby" part could be rubbed withe salt,black paper, fresh sage and rossmary ,lemon juice and olive oil and backed in a mediums heat 160 C° with some potatoes. It is a delicious meal
