Morning all, slept good. Woke up to find Tom having a sugar drop. I got him some OJ and yogurt . He said he knew it was dropping a while ago and I asked him why didnt he eat something? He didnt know . Life alert is coming in Tuesday to hook up a thing for him in case he falls or gets lost all he needs to do is push a button.

he normally dont want to eat in the AM. He likes eggs for dinner though.

Protein is so good for him in the morning. I try to have an egg on an English muffin. Or peanut butter and banana on toasted raisin bread. My A1C is now 5.2.

Lol, hubby helped lift up the playhouse, but I made the legs too tall! It's not square anywhere because that's how they made it. So everything I add is crooked too!
