google sezs, Bees dont pollinate pawpaw trees. Flys do and thats why its hard to get fruit from the trees. Flys are bad at it and some peeps either do it themselves or tie roadkill to the tree branches to attract the flys

My kids never did that.remember dressing your kids and they would stick their toes in the air making it hard to put pants on them?
They just have to be ripe. But tastes kind of like banana with papaya. I hate banana, so no good to me.Ive never tasted them. Mom said they are good after they are frosted on.
I would send you some, but they would be mush by the time they got there.Wikipedia says they ripen in Sept/oct, but I remember it being when school started, late aug/early Sept, wish I had some to try in ice cream, tastes similar to mango
So do bears. The three of them were out in the neighbors yard not long ago.If you don't pick them right after it first frosts the possum & raccoons will get everyone, they love them.
We don't do anything. Some years there are few fruit, some years loaded. They must like heat.google sezs, Bees dont pollinate pawpaw trees. Flys do and thats why its hard to get fruit from the trees.
