No. Crossbreed to introduce the genes I want. Then you concentrate the desired genes to create your own new breed. The same happens in dogs. It's not like breeding so called designer dogs. Mix 2 breeds together and suddenly you have a new breed. It takes time to produce the offspring and then select the ones with desired traits and breed those together. You know this. I am not going to argue about it.
Not arguing just wondering what your goal is.
 
I had a marvelous dream last night. It involved ceramics and glass creations. Decided to sell most of my chickens, all of the rabbits, and start my ceramics again. Hoping hubby will like the idea as much as I do.
It will be much easer not watering all those pens. You will just Keep your goats?
