The sheriff's helicopter has been hovering about a mile away from here along the main road. At first I was worried it was a fire, but checked goggle maps and saw it must be an accident... road traffic is stopped. Not a lucky day for someone!

Im about to throw that chicken out to the dogs. Robert arguing about it. Saying he has to use the ax or my good knife and a beating stick. Told him I dont want him beating on my good knife. Now he is aggravated over it .

Do not waste that chicken! Your brain is way bigger than a dead headless chicken, so I know you can triumph. Put the poor little carcass in the fridge and it will be ready to cook tomorrow.
Robert doesn't need a stick, he needs finesse. He NEEDS to watch a YouTube video on how to cut up a chicken... take it apart at the joints.

I can hear hear traffic out on the road, so they must gave cleared the accident. People drive too fast. You think they would slow down after seeing what could happen. CHP could hand out a bunch of tickets to these dunderheads.

I never canned before probably because I never had sucess growing plants, especially being able to grow more than enough. Although the tomatoes I planted in the pot are still alive...for now

Glad its not a fire. Hope they are ok. Reminded me CHP is CHiPs remember that show?
My mistake on that chicken was asking Robert to help. I tried to tell him you dont cut through the bones and he said you do if you want it done right. Boy never handled a whole chicken in his life.

Y'all are tired I'm sure of hearing me talk about gardening & canning, I don't have chickens or a job to talk about, hot as heck here today, I had some errands to run, was supposed to see Dr at 3:30, but I called & rescheduled it for Monday, I was too tired to go.
