I do like Sound of Silence and several Beatle songs. I don't know much of the other artists though...

Thats what my dad says. He also says that its better to rent out houses than sell.

Mixed feelings about that. Dealing with renters can get sticky. Sometimes they don't pay the rent. Or they trash the place. Good ones are worth their weight in gold. We had a family that rented a mobile home from us. Lived there 7 years. Paid for the place four times over what we paid for it. But I've had bad ones too. Ugh. No fun.
