this is a rocking recliner. I get some of my best sleep here.LOLMine squeaks too. I dont usually like movable chairs with back rests. I usually use a normal stool (no backrest, not wheels, no squeaking). But backrests are nice too, just have to hear it squeak.

I can just see PITA tearing your bacon-y to pieces!I cant get my chair to stop squeaking. Its driving me nuts. I used WD40 on it twice. About to break out my bacon grease!

MaransThose are the darkest eggs I've ever seen ! What breed laid those?
Um, no. I think this bulb got too hot for the housing. The threaded part of the bulb actually seems to be kind of cooked or melted into the metal threads of the socket. The lamp we got tonight has a ceramic socket and is actually rated for a heat lamp of even higher wattage than the bulb we got. But the old bulb was doing okay until i accidentally bumped it, then it went POP! and sparked; I think that's when it overheated.needle nosed pliers. unplugged of course. Mine used to break like that pretty often
So it exploded? That can happen, thats why I always turn of the heat lamp from time to time/ change out the bulbs so they can each rest.Um, no. I think this bulb got too hot for the housing.
