Granny's gone and done it again

I am. The coworker that has been giving me so much anxiety got fired. I'm so glad. And I love a few coworkers that make my time worth it. Last night my coworker , my gm, and I sat in the office and just talked for a little while. My "work best friend" and I have a great time every day. Some days just really really suck
Work besties are the freaking best. Seriously. They make the idiocy much more tolerable.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Separate the eggs (save the yolks for another recipe like my keto ice cream, hollandaise, mayo or lemon curd), and place the whites into a large bowl or stand mixer. Add the allulose, nutritional yeast, salt and cream of tartar if using and whip the whites for a few minutes until VERY stiff.
  3. Turn the mixer to low and gently mix the Jay Robb egg white protein powder into the whites.
  4. Grease a bread pan with Primal Kitchen Avocado oil spray and fill with protein sparing Wonder Bread mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Turn oven off and leave bread in the oven for 15 minutes to avoid the bread from falling.
  6. Let completely cool before cutting or the bread will fall. Cut into slices.
  7. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to a month.
  8. OPTION: Make bread into 18 buns on a greased cookie sheet bake for 13-15 minutes.

Sorry that I could not download the photos from the trip yet 😕

We will be going on another trip next week. I will get plenty of photos for you!

Today I did quite a bit of drawing. It was fun not to be on my phone as much, which is a major goal for me. Here are some drawings I drew today and, some, in the past.
Wow. Ok, moot point on the polish but I will say. Eyes are hard. But you nailed em! That’s some skills right and are both addicted to the caffeinated products so we switch off - one week he gets it, the next I do)

sigh. Wish I had more time in the day to work goose. He needs it :/ he was cracking out today - kept stealing my delicates bag off my drying rack. (Busted the zipper on it too.) Four day weekend coming up so that should help, but boo all the national park areas are closed nearby. Curtails our local hiking options. Hopefully no storms tonight/pre dawn like we had this am.

So it exploded? That can happen, thats why I always turn of the heat lamp from time to time/ change out the bulbs so they can each rest.
No, not really, the bulb was still intact. Just... The glass part of the bulb had separated from the metal part. When we bought the new one tonight, the box the bulb came in said to be sure to buy a lamp rated for a heat lamp. That's why we got the one with a ceramic collar or socket, and not one with a metal socket like the one that broke.
