Granny's gone and done it again

My neighbor across the street got some sort of grant for solar and a Tesla battery wall because he’s on well. I’ll ask him how he got it/who offered it.
My neighbor across the street, not on an individual well, got the wall bank and solar installation. Supposedly paid over $60k for it, but he's set for good now. They got a new (non-Tesla) electric car too.

A grant sounds great!

How is your family and horse? Its been a while since we talked. I have missed you!

Oh, I hope you are better. I have been wondering how you are, your horses and your son's game warden course.
Did you have to stop riding from the carpel tunnel?
I’ve missed you too granny plus everyone else and can’t believe how I managed to make myself a stranger. But sometimes you just need a break to gather your thoughts. I certainly feel better for it..

Family good thanks and I’ve still got Harry horse. He was 25 in March. No riding with my hand after surgery as it has been weak/stitches/scar plus the bandage was a right beast that they put on  Thinking about getting back on him this weekend but then I’m thinking it might be time to retire him. Can’t quite decide right now...

Charlie gave up on his game keeping course but he still shoots and has his crazy spaniel. Coronavirus shut a lot of shoots down altogether so a lot of folk all after the same job. He’s currently working at the aggregate factory bagging garden stone. Not what he wants to be doing but as things are it’s a job and a steady wage each month for him.

Would you like some rain sending over? Had some cracking storms the last couple of days here!

Aren't you the lady who used to talk about a little horse named Charlie I believe?
I am just that Charlie is son and Harry is the horse. Although Harry is like a second son :)

I wish we could take some of your extra rain! Too bad about Charlie's course. Similar thing happened with my youngest and college. Covid 💩 strikes again in so many subtle ways. I'm sure they will find their way, just heading down unexpected paths for now. :hugs

We all need breaks sometimes. No worries there. Is Harry too old to ride?
I remember that spaniel. He was just a pup last time we talked.
Are you still moderator here? Have you heard from Leyla? I havent talked to her in a long while either

Yes a real different path to what he expected but he is happy, healthy and all loved up with a new lady friend so I really can’t complain.
I remembered Charlie but not Harry.
I have a Malcolm too but he’s a tortoise so does not take too much looking after... sort of...
