I feel that way about all the little kids that have either been born or moved into the neighborhood in the last year or so. Lovely to see them doing all the baby and kid stuff and even lovelier that I don't have to be the one chasing after them!

Mostly fresh and usually ocean fish.

Then you know it's fresh!
Some types of fish do very well being frozen... usually the fattier kind, so it's a good option. They process it very quickly, faster than most fresh fish can get to market, I think.

thats what I figured too. I dont know whats fatty and what isnt though except cat fish. They are fatty.
I would love to be somewhere I could wake up, have my coffee then walk outside with a pole in hand to catch breakfast. Just start a fire right there on the beach and cook it up. YUM!

My hot water heater went out. My daughter and sil looked all over town today for a heater that will fit through the door of the cubby hole it goes in on the outside wall. The old one is only 16 inches wide. Seems to be no such animal no more. I put the old one in about 10 or 12 years ago. By the time we decided on a tankless heater it was too late to do anything so I'll be without hot water for a week.
