Granny's gone and done it again

My store bought eggs expired sept 19th. Should I do the float test or toss them? I need one for cornbread.
They will be fine!

Crack each egg into a bowl before using. The float test indicates age and not spoilage.

If I draw the 6 with my left hand it doesn't work. (I'm left handed)
With the right hand, my foot circle does go wonky! A little practice though, and I can do both. Left handed brains are different.

are you a poor eater? I have been craving a home cooked meal. Meat and greens. If Im up to it tomorrow I am going to shop and try to find some mustard or whatever I can get my grubby hands on.

well in that case just go out into you yard and grab some from around your trees. FREE GREENS

well We are it and feeling fine.
Cornbread was good, beans was good. I just turned the greens off. I give up on them They wont cook tender.

The bag said soak them in 8 cups overnight but you dont need to soak northern beans they cook up nice w/o that. I thought I had chicken broth but I didnt.

I always soak my beans other then green ones. Don;t matter the type
