How you feeling Lynn? Any talk of going home yet?

I’m feeling pretty good. I was stubborn enough to get physical therapy to pass me on Monday so I got to go home Monday afternoon.

My pain still spikes at least once a day, but I’ve been able to get it down with ibuprofen and Tylenol. They gave me Oxycodone but I haven’t been taking it and I’m hoping I won’t have to.

Oh, and my mama is showing signs of going into labor, I’m really excited. She will be in the hospital for a few days when the baby does come. Normally I’d watch the kids alone, but since I’m still in recovery my grandparents will be coming up.

Why dont you want to take your pain meds? You just had a major surgery. I understand stubborn though. hahaa

Advice: Don't believe everything you read on the internet.

Don't go anyplace with strangers without your parents' permission, no matter how old you are.

Be true to yourself.

Pay your bills on time. If you can't afford it, don't buy it.

Enjoy life and take good care of yourself.
