I have my readers. Laser surgery years ago took care of my distance seeing, but permanently messed up my up-close sight.

That is what happened to my Mom

She was also the only house hen I ever had. But we had to keep her still and off her leg for several weeks.

Now I am off to spend an hour working on the book I am writing. Night all see you tomorrow

Morning All,

Slept poorly last night. two of the boys woke me at 1 or 2 am (was groggy when I yelled at them) because they were up playing video games. I shut down their internet access, which forced them to go to bed.

It is very cloudy and chilly this morning so I will be spending today napping,g writing, and knitting. I can't work on the fence because it is still way too wet up there. Will check the livetrap. Hoping I got the fox, but really doubt it will be caught in the first week of the trap being set.

I bit the bullet and cut this pothos that came with the house. It got VERY cold when the heat wasn’t working, so it’s still looking puny. The long, leafless vines are just curled up in the pot. I think they’ll form new roots…? The cuttings in the wine bottle should root just fine.
