I love pansys. Have you ever ate one? I havent but was tempted to try one I seen at walmarts. I was kinda afraid it might be sprayed with something though

Good morning all!!

Sundays are church days and washing/weighing piggie days. Hammie is probably over 100lbs by now. I will be weighing the goats as well….last time Chestnut was 55lbs and Nutmeg was 43lbs. I have been trying to get Nutmeg to gain more weight…she was part of a litter of 6 so it’s no shock she is smaller despite being older.

We also have a 4H meeting today. I hope to look over the course catalog (for school) today as well. I will likely join band…I miss it tons. And I will be eligible to take AP and college courses next year!

I eat violets.

We eat violets, redbuds, dandelion, alfalfa and clover flowers. If you allow radish plants to go to seed you can eat those flowers for a bit of spice in salads.
