I think it got to 105F. Another record. Makes 8 or 9 I think this month. Tomorrow starts a cool spell of lower 80's for a week with good chances of rain.

I agree with it being depressing. This mess has been going on for years. Keep feeling off balance and afraid i will fall over. I had started taking 3 different vitamins, which were slowly helping me feel better. But quit taking them when i misplaced them. Then things got painful again. So going back to taking them again. Bought more vitamin C, which was the one i couldn't find. Hopefully it helps again.
