Ah, another project for you! My neighbor across the street has a potting wheel and a kiln. I don't think she's used them much at all. I know yours will get plenty of use!

Yes, this one is state of the art! Old ones i had were equipped with kiln sitters and ruined lots of stuff.
Even going to pick it up will be exciting!

Happy for you. Jealous too. There is supposed to be a shop somewhere near me that holds ceramics or pottery classes but I have not been able to find it. And I have had a block of clay for like six years.

You are going to have to add water to that bag of clay so you can use it.
Did you look up ceramic or pottery classes in your area. Or look up ceramic supplies, they may know of classes in your area.

Morning all, sipping coffee and freezing. I decided I would try to mow today and its gonna rain. Already hearing thunder. My timing is darn near perfect! oh well, another day I suppose.

Have you ever wanted to wake your kid up just to see if hes ok then wish they would go back to sleep? Ya, me neither. At least not bad enough to actually do it. Hes sleeping like a baby .

I was sitting on the throne this morning when I heard a terrible roaring noise. After assuming it wasnt me I can only guess a jet flew very close over . I never even see/ hear airplanes here. Scared the ummm... ya, scared me.

Thanks Granny, guy says it is very heavy. But it should come apart. Sure wish i could have a helper!
