Fine with me, he was a really curious fellow. I was off the main highway 21 miles into a canyon and then hiked even further in. It probably doesn't see many people in it's lifetime.

I was doing them once a month..then one of my labs said my B12 was high. So, I've just been taking my Ferricon. B12/iron capsule. Seems to be doing the trick. I used to need iron shots..glad this capsule is worth.
