Thanks to hubs. We still have a small mountain of chipped pine on the driveway from when the power company cut down a tree in the back.
Hubs uses the pine chips on the walkway areas. It keeps the weeds down. Also, weed season is over. No more rain, so no more weeds.

It's hard to drag my landlord over here.. and she's my neighbor. We tried all the things to jump start it again. Nothing.

Bummer. We had to put a new pump in a few years ago. They don't last forever. It was almost 20 yrs old. Well guy said that was better than average.

The "house" we rent is pretty crappy and everything is shotty work. Shouldn't complain though.. least I have a roof over my head. I'm thankful to be here, spite the issues.

You should at least run a hose over from her house so you have some water.

I have always wanted a chipper/shredder. Never happen. They cost too much.

It was easy since it was our tree. They were trimming the whole neighborhood as well, so the chips overfloweth! Saved them an extra trip to unload for us.
