Granny's gone and done it again

For those of you who own cats, how do you guys keep them away from lilies and/or other poisonous plants? Do cats tend to WANT to eat it? I'm assuming it'll be best to keep poisonous plants fenced in but would love to hear thoughts.
We have 4 outside cats and they have access to every plant that grows around here. We have lillys and we haven't noticed any problems at all. We don't fence off any plants to keep the cats away.

Do you feel like telling me more about your Amish lifestyle? Like were you born into the traditional Amish and left or ?

The lillies can't be poisonous, all the wildlife here devours all my lily plants.

I'm no longer living the Amish traditional lifestyle. There are probably a lot of things that I do that would remind you of the Amish. We drive vehicles, we have smart phones, we have computers. There's really nothing barring us from having anything we want if we decide to get it. We have chosen to live below our means, simply as a way of not overdoing ourselves with everything we might could have.
Did you grow up Amish?

I was born into a fairly strict Amish group. I grew up Amish and left with my wife when I was 26 years old.
Did you grow up Amish?
Yes I did. Milking cows by hand and farmed with horses.
