Sometimes controlling symptoms is the best that can be hoped for. I'm thinking of the thyroid medicine I take every morning as an example. If I don't take it religiously, bad things could happen to my heart. Then there's insulin diabetics take. It doesn't cure diabetes, it only manages it. But it's the difference between life and death. I wish to heaven there was something I could take to mask the pain of this miserable plantar fasciitis, for which there is no cure, except time, like six to twelve months of staying off my feet.

My fasciitis got better when i started putting thick undersoles in my shoes.

So for the second time i was supposed to have a housecall NP come to the house. Second time for a no show. So annoying!

I had a seminar online, was very disappointed. It's not easy figuring out your own diagnoses, but the doctor seems unable to figure out why i feel so lousy.

My foot dr provided me some really good shoe insoles, $45/pr. They do help. Much better thsn Dr Scholl's!

I pulled some weeds tonight while i was listening to the seminar. Next i will spread some mulch.

Yeah, kinda. I'm freezing them in one of those plastic molds and then transferring them to a Ziploc. That's what Google recommended. Somehow I couldn't find any ice cube trays. Nothing's there when you need it... yolkin solid storage bags

Thanks No, he’s going to a rooster friendly farm to enjoy the full rooster life that he’s not able to here, our town bans roosters. She’s staying, and will get to spend time with the 3 newest hens after quarantine and ‘getting to know you at a safe distance times’.

Indeed. I had The Man set up some exercise equipment tonight he's had standing in a corner for years so I can start working out. I need to lose about 40 lbs., mostly off my gut.
