Granny's gone and done it again

my side of my ankle wont stop spasming. 2 days now. any ideas to stop it?
Used to stop calf spasms by gently grasping the foot and pushing it towards the shin bone. Maybe try something similar with your ankle? Exterior side, gently apply pressure and push in then try pushing out. Stop if the pain increases.

Also could your potassium be low? Got bananas? Could try that.

its my surgery foot. Probably about where they put the anchors.

Then you don't need bananas, girl.

Try Blue's suggestion along with the gentle pressure to the opposite side of the pain. If it's muscle spasms both will work. We used to have to deal with a lot of leg muscle spasms when I worked OB. You ladies with kids know what I'm talking about.;)

They ain't fun. It's like, okay, I'm trying to pull a watermelon out of my nostril and my body is adding insult to injury by giving me leg cramps? Thank you God....NOT!

My hubs does that with beets garden cukes. We might have to try cheese. Would be good on a sandwich.
I tried with a cuke once. Just tasted like a cuke. IDK if it was a difference in the brine or what. It was clausens refrigerated pickles.
