Feeling achey and tired today. Hubby let the girlie goats out for me while i had a nap. Nearly fell asleep in the tub. Not good. I don't know how i get dehydrated so much with all the water i drink.
Tomorrow it's supposed to rain all day. Just watch, that's when i will have energy.

You need to not drink water. It dehydrates you. Drink electrolytes. Make your own sole water.
