This is Pearl. She is a 5-yo spayed lilac tabby-point Siamese cross. Her owner has dementia, and that lady's daughter has been looking to re-home her for several months. Pearl will be delivered to me this Saturday afternoon. She does have a minor health issue and has to get a shot a couple of times a year. She's good with dogs and other cats, and VERY cuddly, loving and playful. Can't wait!
She is very pretty. What is her medical problem?

Pretty cat. I'm more of a cat person than a dog person.

Rodent ulcers are awful-looking sores that can appear on cats' lips, but they aren't usually serious and have nothing to do with rodents. These lip lesions most often occur as a result of an allergic reaction or irritation from ectoparasites such as fleas.

I googled images and they showed me what looks like your cat.

Sounds nasty.
