Granny's gone and done it again

Morning all.

Spent yesterday on the sofa. Lots of joint pain. Like a solid 7 out of 10. Don't know if it was shopping on Wednesday or the fact that we had a storm roll through yesterday with ice and snow or a combination of both but.

Our 23 year old diabetic kitty, Johnny Cash is, what we believe to be, half Siamese. He's very vocal with all of those variants in sound that Siamese have. Plus he has that unique personality that they have. I've always wanted a half Siamese. One with the striped legs and light gray coloring on the rest of the body. Got one that is all black and a real character. At 23 and as many health problems that he has, we enjoy every day we have with him even if it means accuchecks four times a day and insulin shots.
I hope you feel better quickly. I also spent the day on the sofa , mostly sleeping. It was terribly windy, i didn't want to go out under the trees in case one fell. It's a shame to waste a nice warm day, but i was just so tired i couldn't make myself stay outside.

Learning how to cut wood to build hoop coop frames. If things go as planned I can cut the wood so when dad's off work he can hold the wood to screw em together.
I have been teaching a friend of mine to do a little carpentry work. She had no clue how to use a drill or saw. Now she is tackling bigger projects.

Drill and hammer I know, though uh hammer I am more likely to hit wood than nail :oops: saw I'm learning, having to tweak with how my left eye sight is.

Just be very careful. Had a friend who was cutting a piece of wood flooring on a portable table saw. Very experienced installer. Lost four fingers one day. It happens quick.

Oh for sure, I pray it never happens but still being careful. I'm accident prone ^^;

New life even in the snow. It’s still a bit early for spring here.

:hugs

It bites doesn't it? You have a list of things as long as your arm that you want to do and all you feel like doing is tossing it aside and while you keep that sofa from floating around the living room think "maybe tomorrow".
