No you didn’tIsn't it frustrating how blurry they are?![]()
Bigger is better!Oops, sorry about how huge the pictures are! Couldn’t figure out how to size them down hahaha
The black one is a showgirl, and the white one I bought as a silkie, but I am one completely sure if he is a pure silkie? Maybe a satin? Maybe someone on here knows.Bigger is better!
What breed are the frizzles?
Pure Silkies should have fibromelanosis (black skin)The black one is a showgirl, and the white one I bought as a silkie, but I am one completely sure if he is a pure silkie? Maybe a satin? Maybe someone on here knows.
I've never heard of a showgirl. They sure are cute. Technically Hibiscus is barred or cuckoo, not black. I love barred birds. The black one is a showgirl, and the white one I bought as a silkie, but I am one completely sure if he is a pure silkie? Maybe a satin? Maybe someone on here knows.
showgirls are Silkies x Turkens. I don’t think the barred one is a silkie, Turken, or showgirl thoughI've never heard of a showgirl. They sure are cute. Technically Hibiscus is barred or cuckoo, not black. I love barred birds.
And the white guy would have a very dark comb and wattles if he were even half Silkie. What kind of comb does he have? Is it lumpy or more like Hibiscus' comb?
They both have black skin, expect for the combs/waddles are red.Pure Silkies should have fibromelanosis (black skin)
It is more like Hibiscus’s comb, I was told these were both purebred silkies but I have doubts, I did get them at a poultry expo so no fancy breeder.I've never heard of a showgirl. They sure are cute. Technically Hibiscus is barred or cuckoo, not black. I love barred birds.
