I took my four cockerels to my Mennonite lady to be processed this morning. They'd reached that "little jerk" stage. Not much meat on them but they'll make good dumplings anyway.

That's what I'd do. Two dollars a bird ain't bad

It's not unusual for us to have 100% humidity which is the wrong side of mizzerble for me. Until 13 years ago I lived in the Great American Desert which normally had about 3% humidity. This is taking some getting used to.

Yea, I've seen 9% humidity here, quite often.its not unusual. Helps a lot on those extra hot days.

Nope. Spent my time in decent amounts of humidity. Neither my lungs nor my hair enjoyed it.
