Happy Independence Day weekend, everybody. Anybody have to work tomorrow then get Tuesday off? Guess that's how the banks are doing it.

I love doing my Walmart order online. Wish you could get a debit card and do it online. Plus you save a lot of money. They even load it in your car.

Made my banking and Walmart run today and now it's time to finish taking care of the feathered kids. No holding out hope for rain at all today.

I had by far the worst night ever. It was so darn hot and the quail and their vocals are seriously killin’ me

There’s a little over 30 little ones now…9 are still zipping. I think we’ll probably end up with a 70-75% hatch rate.

Commiserations on the poor night's sleep. I've been having the same trouble (minus the noisy quail chicks) getting any sleep in this heat.
