I just took her in at 8:30. At this point, I hope I don't hear anything. Just go pick her up at 4:20. Bronwyn will take me so I can hold her on the way home. The only meds I'll be giving her is an antibiotic because she's already on a pain med. Tramadol. Thank you Granny.

This is what I don't think folks understand, the Advantage plan is part C of Medicare. You still have A and B but add C. I've kept my favorite doc..my primary..also my favorite dentist. I'm now going to a specialist eye dr. because of my Binocular Vision Disorder. I wear Prism glasses now. This plan C paid for everything but 200 dollars. Can't beat that. My regular eye dr said they would cost in thousands. When it comes to hearing they do want me to go to their choice. I didn't have one in the first place so that's OK. No extra money is taken from your SS. You still have the same amount taken from your A and B. In fact, they added to my SS! There are so many good plans with mine. Including a nurse comeing to my home if needed. In the future, a dr. if needed. I have been to the ER, specialists, numerous times ...I've paid nothing. Except..the Neuro eye dr the 200. Your are correct. It just says Advantage on my card. It is up to the doc as to whether or not to accept it. I imagine some docs need for people to have plans that will pay them more and don't accept C. If a doc has an office in a "High Rent" district they may not be able to keep their door open if flooded with type C's. When we moved we had to start from the beginning and just got lucky finding all good professionals to work with.
