There is a dr, Jason fung. He is a kidney dr. When he gets end stage kidney patients he will ask them to fast to preserve what kidney function they have left. He says it is easier to get people to IF than explain very low carb diet to them.

Kevin took us to the Moose lodge on the way home today where I found green beans. new potatoes and tomatoes. $18 for the lot. 2 lbs of beans, 3 tomatoes and a qt. of taters.
