yes, all the new technology . is too much for me to learn. I tend to stay away from it.

I had a job for the last few year managing records and the databases they were stored on for a state college in FL. I got in just enough time to get a little pension and I'm thankful for that but so glad to be out of the rat race. I wrote software for the end users around the campus to they could find out what the wanted to know about students when they wanted to know it. Sometimes they could not be convinced that purple oranges did not exist. One such person had a Masters Degree in education by had to call our department to find out how to make the computer put a ? mark at the end of a sentence. Then they fussed because a 2 year tech degree was paid better than her masters degree.

ones and zeros. Most people thing computers are smart. They are only as smart as the people who program them. And still they can only count to1. From 0 to 1 over and over again. It's just that then can count that cycle millions of times a second. Lot of speed with out a real brain.

I picked 10 heads of broccoli and the milk crate was overflowing. Had to run and buy a bag of ice BUT all the pieces are on trays, just waiting for them to freeze hard so I can bag them up.
