You can get it from CVS and Walgreens and most any other chain. Mine is an online Mfg.

I see that they now have 5000mcg that costs less than $40 for 6 months and the shipping is free. My doctor in FL suggested that I try the sublingual form of B12.

You should find them at most any quality drug store. I used to buy at a discount vitamin shop in the mall. Don't remember the name now.
