I had a funny thought today. You know how people say if you have a bad rooster you should change his name to Stu? (You know, Stew?) Well I thought of another good name for a bad rooster. Popeye! As in, Chicken Popeye. Or, you know, Pot Pie.

Am I funny? Or not so much?

I like to use 8" pieces of 2x8 under the feet of the headboard end. 3-4 1/2" raised on the headboard end helps us a lot.

I had a twin sized hospital bed medicaid paid for for years but my mom bought this expensive craftmatic thing and I love it. I have also used the wood under the headboard and it worked fine too

I went through something like that not too long ago. Lasted about a month. I never coughed so hard in my life. Even with antibiotics and a week of steroids, none of which seemed to help at all.
