Toss a little treat into the crate and tell her "kennel." When she goes in after it, say "good girl!" And close the gate behind her. Dogs like treats and praise. It should not be a punishment to go into the crate.

she does that too. Its just going in Roberts room and waking him up I dont want to do.

Fawn is into trouble already today. A dog bed. The cat is sleeping in but I guess she dont like it so she will just eat the bed with the cat in it. More fluff everywhere. starting to look like I have shag carpeting

Goose would get excited and chomp at his bed. Kira…sometimes it’s boredom sometimes it’s excess energy it seems.

Oh, and when you take something away, PRAISE her for giving it to you. If she does not want to give it up, exchange it for something she wants more. A toy, a ball, etc. But don't forget to praise.

lol I had to play games with Lexi (family dog when I was in high school) cause she was a sock thief. When she’d give up the sock sometimes I’d give it back and play chase a bit more so she knew the game wasn’t up when she gave up the sock. It worked lol.

Yeah crate is never a bad thing. Crate is the den. Crate is the safe space.

I was gone for a bit, had to start my bread projects. WW pizza dough and Sourdough bread to bake tomorrow morning. Will probably make naan again, too, I really like that stuff! So I may be in and out.

I got done with the daily chores and then finished mowing the free range area that had a stand of dog fennel and now I feel a nap coming on.

I got me some store bought naan. I have a frozen butter chicken meal that I’ll do for lunch maybe tomorrow…naan will be good with that
