Granny's gone and done it again

Okay, now I'm understanding. So it's not canned fried chicken, it's fried canned chicken. I've canned chicken thighs before, it's amazing. And yes, it makes wonderful dumplings, chicken with rice, chicken noodle soup or casserole. I can get five thighs usually into a wide-mouth quart jar and that's a lot of meat for the four of us. Canned with water and a little salt, it's the yum as Granny says.
 
Yall making me hungry.
Gonna have a big meal Monday. SD &SIL coming down and will cook and sit with Tom while I am gone to the drs. Gonna have a big fat ham I bought along with mashed taters, stuffing, mac&cheese and green beans oh and gravy. Then Im gonna let her take half the ham home with her. They are struggling.

boneless I assume?
 
My DD sent pics of one of my grandkids. He's 18, has been overweight most of his life. He's gone from 260 to 190 and now looks like a movie star (okay, yeah, I'm a bit prejudiced, Lol!) Gonna have to find out how he did that.
