Not really. I think they changes something they did in the making it process. I don't know what. I rarely have it. I used the Activia daily for a few months and it did me good.

Yes. Went through a colonoscopy and upper, at the same time. All looked good. The specialist and I agreed that I have IBS. Hmm..nice conversation.

I could write a book on IBS... For years I didn't know what it was but stumbled into an article on it on a medical website explaining it to a T.
