Some have a gluten free feature and I have no clue as to how that works.

I have the pasta attachment, have only used it twice. It's pretty cool! Now that my health is improving and I have more energy I expect I'll use it more. I want to make ravioli. Some kind of meatless filling, like maybe lentil and rice, idk. Saw a recipe for stuffed peppers today with a lentil and rice filling that looked really yummy...

I'd like to make some with 3 cheese filling. That stuff costs a fortune in the fresh pasta section of the cold food case.
