I'm having trouble keeping my eyes open. Can't take meds and go to bed yet. Still have company coming by to spend a night with us. SIL is on her way to TN for the holiday with her sister and we are along the way. It's good to be able to save her a motel bill.

Did not know that. We either make our chili meatless or put hamburger in it. Don't buy canned.

We don't buy canned either. I just read a lot of labels. It pays too.

Going to a daughter's place fro a few hours. Have to be home in time to let the kids have some play time.

That's just what my brother told my SIL to get her to stop eating the high cholesterol cut of beef. I've tried liver as a kid but the more I chewed the bitter it got. Those B complex pills reminded me of liver.

I've known one woman who could cook liver so it was good. I think she boiled it, then breaded and fried it. It smelled so yummy! But then she fed it to her dogs while I stood there drooling.
