Our field peas pollinated well in a different area of our little farm here. Bumble bees pollinated them along with the okra.

I've noticed when shopping that beans have really gone up in price. I think at least doubled for red beans we use in chili.

Kidney beans are good in chili. Haven't used those in a while. I just buy the canned chili beans.

One of the news tidbits I've read is that canned tomatoes may be in short supply until a new crop comes on.
