Got EIGHT EGGS today!
Five yesterday and the day before. The extra light is working great!

But ... one of my EE is ... wheezing? Making a strange noise with each breath, I think on both inhale and exhale. Kind of like a cross between a moan and a snore? Or sort of like a groan? I'll try to get a vid of it and post it tomorrow.

When GC had covid a few weeks ago, she started on paxlovid within the first 24 hors or so, and was able to go back to work 4 days after testing positive. That stuff really works! I hope he can get it.

Oh no! My shoulder. Out of no where today..it's hurting so bad. This is the one I had surgery on. I'm thinking bone spurs can come back. Had a huge one, along with multiple other problems. Therapist folks were so impressed with me finishing therapy because I had such bad tears. This is ridiculous. I was worried about my knee. Now I have to wonder if a door was closed so a window could open. This pain is worse, a lot worse than my knee. Man I hope I can get in soon for a shot, that will work! I'm not usually such a sissy. I've got a lot going on, but when an aching non stop pain exists, . Do you you hear me Larry? I know you understand.

I think you can only have steroid shots every three months. When was your last shot?

I'm eating and going to bed. Ma just got me up out of the Delaware coop where I fell again not long ago. Of course I had to land on the broken ribs. Taking what meds I can now and the others at 9. Have a good evening and a better night everyone.

Falls are not easy to deal with. Maybe you should carry a cane? Hope you can recover quickly.

Any kind of respiratory problem with chickens is very worrysome.

Yes. She almost sounds like she has something caught in her throat. Does that sound respiratory to you, what I described? I'd never heard anything like it, and it's really hard to describe. Almost like a soft honking. DH said it was much quieter after she roosted. All other behavior is normal, eating, drinking, grooming, socializing, activity.
