As she wishes. These are just plain brown loaves of bread from a one lb loaf pan. Looks don't count. It's all about the taste. Not sure where she got the recipe. It is a standard yeast bread I think. I know she lets it rise a couple of times. I want her to make some blueberry bread for me. It if comes out of the oven by noon it won't live to see dark.

I so want her to get a bread machine and stop the hand kneading. Just don't want to make a mistake in buying the wrong one. We had one years ago and we never got a loaf out it that was good for anything. Not sure if chickens would have eaten it.

At the price of $5 a loaf for the better breads I think a good machine would pay for itself the way we go through bread. I would love the fruit and nut breads for breakfast every day.

She sticks her nose in there. I don't. Right now it's not a real issue. She spent the day out of town in the same Pain MGT center I go too. She has to go through the required pshyc eval I did and have an MRI next. We will be seeing different docs but hopefully will get to go on the same day as it is about a 135 mile round trip. Knowing what we already know about copays for pain this could get real expensive quick. What ever it costs is what it costs. Must get this done.
