and thats what I tripped onI see where the curb tapers down the the cross hatch walk lane is.
What they may come back to you is why were you not in the cross hatched walk area... Then you have to prove there were to many people that day for the cross hatched area to handle. I really don't know why it's made that way. The cross hatched area should have been as wide as the posts are maybe to accommodate heavier foot traffic.and thats what I tripped on
They may cover an accidental damage replacement. That is where I would start.my insurance only pays for glasses every 2 yrs. I think. It may be a yr. But I know its not when ever you want.
