I have a brother named Brett and then my sister went and married a Brett.

When we get together I tell people "hello my name is Scott , this is my brother Brett and my other brother Brett.

I have a sister named Cynthia who went by Cindy in high school, and my twin brother married a Cindy. My twin's name is Steve, and I married a Steve. To avoid confusion everyone always called my DH by his last name. My mother and sister were both named Nancy. For a time they were Big Nancy and Little Nancy but eventually they became Nancy (Mom) and Nancy Lou (sister).
