I'm ok..alone..but ok. Kids are up at Salt Lake for a show. Then spending the night at her parents and going to church with them tomorrow. Back by Sunday night, then Bronwyn is the one taking me to surgery.

Blue, I go on the 28th to see a different Orthopedic for my knee than who I had an appointment with. Heard good things about him.

Seriously though, I hope it fixes the problem and gives you complete relief. Those pics looked quite painful!

That's good. We'll get you fixed up. One thing at a time! Me too.... have been in consult with my urologist, not sleeping through the night. He does not think the bladder is the problem. Has me scheduled for a sleep study of all things. Thinks I am not sleeping through the night due to sleep apnea. I guess we'll see. Thank God for good insurance anyway! Sorry, Pert, hope this is not TMI!

Cynthia, I am so tickled! Today I walked two laps around my house. 1/10 of a mile, x 2! Ten years ago I had a serious health issue that I almost died from. I've had residual issues since. I feel like I am just now getting my health and strength back. I'm going to try to walk laps around the house every day. It used to be nothing for me to walk a mile or two a day.... I want to get back to that! And back to my fighting weight, too.
